Danny Alas is a New Orleans based food stylist, recipe developer, and consultant with over a decade of classical culinary experience to draw from. They studied at Le Cordon Bleu Miami, and have worked with multiple James Beard award winners and nominees.

They’ve been featured in publications such as Louisiana Cookin’, NOLA.com, and The Palate for their work as a chef. Danny’s freelance work as a food stylist has elevated the image of brands and clients such as Burger King, Zatarain’s, Pizza Hut, Blue Runner, Food 52, California Grown, Walk-Ons, and Joy the Baker in both the commercial and print media space.

Their culinary interests are multidisciplinary in nature. Danny’s experience as a classically trained chef, along with sensitivity to the visual value of good food, and passion for elevating any brand makes them a unique and invaluable contributor to the world of published media.
